Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for all orders.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 – 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. International delivery usually takes about 8-10 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
